LANDSCAPE/HARDSCAPE DESIGN AND INSTALLS
Great spaces need great care, especially in the area where we experience. That's why we offer all season maintenance plans tailored to your property.
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
Core estate maintenance includes spring clean up, in season monthly and bi monthly bed maintenance visits, fall clean up, weed control, fertilization.
SEASONAL OUTDOOR DECOR AND FLOWERS
Expert designs for all your seasonal landscape needs. Our in-house seasonal landscape designer can create custom displays for your landscape for any season. Seasonal displays enhance your home and store front curb appeal while providing texture and color that is complimentary to the season. We provide our clients with beautiful winter and holiday decorations.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Trust the rest of your property care to our dedicated team and ensure everything is exactly as it should be. We handle power washing, winterizing, outdoor furniture shrink wrapping, weekly or bi-weekly home watch services, and convenient garbage valet.
Our Process
1: The Initial Consultation
A meeting is arranged with the homeowner to collect ideas, site measurements and photos of the property. A property survey will be needed at this time. Think brainstorming!
2: Design, Quote, Renderings
Our project estimator will create a detailed quote and proposal that will make you aware of the project details and provide a breakdown of the project cost. Once confirmed we are on track for budgeting, our in house landscape designer will create a design concept plan and renderings for you to better understand and visualize the project and design.
3: Contracting Project, Township Permits
Proposal acceptance requires a formal contract signing & deposit to solidify project scheduling. Our office will seek all necessary HOA approvals, engineer/architectural plans and township permits.
4: Paver & Plant Material Selections
A meeting will be arranged at the Techo Bloc paver display to review and select paver styles, colors & borders. If necessary we will schedule a meeting at the plant nursery to review plant materials.
5: Project Begins
Site preparation including irrigation, electrical and plumbing preparation takes place 1-2 weeks prior to project installation. Upon completion of township pre-inspections the project can officially begin.
6: Job Installation
Paver and plant materials will be delivered towards the start of the project. Our crews will arrive daily and will have a foreman on site at all times. Our project designer and company owner will make daily site visits to monitor the progress of the project and ensure the design vision is on track.
7: Job Completion
Once completed we will do a final walk through of the finished project. Any required final inspections will be scheduled & then the project is ready to be showcased!
